Worship is at the heart of our life together as a congregation. The liturgy is the work of all God’s people, as together we are gathered by the Holy Spirit, gifted with the Word and the Meal, and then sent out equipped for mission.
We currently offer worship services at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings and at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings.
At Zion, we strive to create worship experiences that invite all people to encounter the living God. We use as our primary resource Evangelical Lutheran Worship, but also enjoy creating unique worship experiences for special occasions or specific seasons of the church year.
Zion’s gifted musicians add a wonderful dimension to our worship. All members of the congregation with musical gifts to share are invited to use them in service to God and their faith community. We invite you to sing with the senior choir (9th grade-adult), the junior choir (2nd-5th grade), or the children’s choir (preschool-1st grade). You are also welcome and encouraged to share your voice or other instrument through a solo or small group piece.
Join us for worship and experience Zion at its best!
